Now seeking a Prep Supervisor with an eagerness to learn and grow !

The desired candidate will have:

• 2 years of experience of progressive culinary experience in high volume, fast-paced, culinary driven kitchens
• Prior experience training and leading culinary teams
• Ability to manage a prep list from start to finish with integrity and attention to details of food quality and preparation
• Punctual, hard-working, and dependable
• Full-time availability – including weekend availability is desired
