What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mental Health Therapist/Post doctoral Fellow/Clinical Psychologist position at The OCD & Anxiety Center?
The OCD & Anxiety Center is a fee for service, specialty outpatient private practice that was founded in 2016 to provide state of the art, cutting edge treatments for anxiety, OCD and trauma in IL and GA. We have been thriving and growing and looking to add to our team in Marietta, GA. We are in search of a clinician with a passion for working with kids, teens, and/or adults who are suffering from OCD, PTSD, anxiety, and anxiety-related disorders (e.g. ADHD, depression, body-focused behavior, etc.). The position is full time and is a W2 position. Our rapidly-expanding practice provides highly-specialized, evidence-based therapies, with an emphasis on exposure-based therapies, ACT, DBT, and cognitive-behavioral therapies. We offer individual, family and intensive therapy, and we conduct treatment wherever it is needed (i.e., in the home, at school, in the community). We pride ourselves in working collaboratively and as a team.All professionals with an interest in CBT based treatment for anxiety and related disorders are welcome to apply.
Our preferred candidate will possess the following:
· Masters or Doctorate in psychology, social work, counseling, school counseling or related fields
· A license in your related field; we will consider provisionally licensed and post docs.
· Training and experience in CBT and ERP. Training in CBT and ERP is provided weekly and through specialized trainings and didactics
· A willing mentality to learn and grow
· A self-starter personality that thrives in a team environment
