The Purpose of Your Role
The Admissions Specialist Lead is responsible for providing professional and effective communication with clients, families, and professionals. Effective communication is manifested through clients admitting into our program and consistently achieving department KPIs. As an Admissions Lead you will be responsible to maintain your own KPIs of at least 20 admissions per month, in addition to helping members of your team to achieve their KPIs. Your success is measured by these two KPIis (your personal admissions production and helping your team achieve their KPIs) They assist prospective clients throughout the admissions process, possess expert knowledge of our services and maintain positive relationships with clients and other departments. The Admissions Specialist Lead is also responsible for leading a team of Admission Specialists by exemplifying our values, proactivity, positivity, results-driven and growth. In addition to their own admissions efforts, they will assist the admissions supervisor in training, mentoring, and coaching team members to achieve the following goals.

Responsibilities
-
Responsible for being on time and working in person in Orem and a minimum of 2 days per week from 11 am to 8 pm
-
Responsible for consistently achieving 20 admissions or more and maintaining a 60% conversion rate.

Responsible for assisting supervisor with scheduling and ensuring all shifts are covered.

Responsible for meeting weekly with team members (4-5 hours) and helping them achieve a minimum of 20 admissions per month per AS.

Responsible for accurate reports and data entry in Salesforce & Lighting Step

Responsible for managing and updating SOPs when necessary.

Responsible for assisting in the hiring process and finding world-class talent

The Skills and Expertise You Have
-
Bachelor's degree in communication, behavioral administration, or other related field
-
2 years of call center experience or more
-
Ability to achieve AS level 3 standards or higher
-
Proficient knowledge of computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and other computer software
-
Accurate and efficient electronic data entry
-
Must be punctual and maintain excellent attendance
-
Organized, detail-oriented, takes the initiative, and completes job responsibilities independently

Multitask, problem-solve, interpersonal skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills

Thrives in a changing work environment, including inside, outside, and loud noise level
