What are the responsibilities and job description for the Gift Officer-Planned Giving and Foundations position at The Ohio Masonic Communities?
At The Ohio Masonic Communities, we pride ourselves on being the trusted partner to help people age respectfully and our employees are the key to this success. A fun, supportive, team-based work environment, we provide support to Browning Masonic Community in Waterville, Springfield Masonic Community in Springfield, and Western Reserve Masonic Community in Medina. With the help of The Ohio Masonic Communities Foundation and The Ohio Masonic Communities Resource Center, we emphasize using innovative technology to provide the best care possible. It’s why we won the 2022 Leading Age Ohio Innovation Award. If a community or staff member has an idea for something to make life better or work easier, we find a way to make it happen.
We want to take care of you as much as you support taking care of our community members. That’s why we offer competitive benefits including paying up to $5,000 a year for tuition so you can further your education and your career. We also understand that everybody goes through tough times, so our HOPE program provides financial assistance to employees in need.
Don’t let our name confuse you; you don’t need to be Masonic to live or work here. Our history is rooted in the Masonic values of service and charity, but that doesn’t mean we’re all Masons. In fact, many of our residents and employees aren’t!
We’re ready for you to join our team!
