Summary:
Directs the delivery of nursing services for 86 SNF/20 AL facility to meet all levels of resident care
needs through planning, implementing, and evaluating services in accordance
with the mission of the campus and applicable laws, regulations, and
standards.
Assumes authority, responsibility, and accountability for the delivery of nursing services in the facility. While working in collaboration with facility Administration, allocating department resources in an efficient and economic manner to enable each resident attains or maintains the highest practical physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
Collaborates with other departments, medical professionals, consultants, and organizations, including government agencies and advocacy groups, to develop, support and coordinate resident care, related administrative functions, and to represent the interests of the facility.
Qualifications:
Must have Long Term Care experience. Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) from four-year college or university or associate degree in nursing and additional coursework and experience in nursing management.
Must be Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio
