The Director of the Regional Outreach Coordinators directs the hospital and provider liaison program for The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. The Director supervises Senior Outreach Coordinators and Outreach Coordinators and directs the development of long-term collaborations with leadership teams of regional hospitals and provider practices. The Director is responsible for the identification of collaborative opportunities with strategic healthcare partners for the Medical Center and directs the education of leadership teams within hospitals and provider practices regarding services and resources available within the Medical Center and directs service recovery initiatives as needed.

Minimum Education Required
- Master's Degree in Business, Health Administration, Public Health Administration or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5 years of relevant experience required. 8-12 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Evidence of progressively responsible experience in healthcare and proven ability to build consensus, listen and manage customer issues, and work with complex groups and systems.
