POSITION SUMMARY
00% Responds to drug-related questions; resolves escalated pharmacy cases; supports medication-related medical necessity requests; performs medication reconciliation and medication reviews; makes recommendations for utilization management programs; assists with the communication of formulary and benefit design information; educates clinical and customer service support staff on pharmacy programs; provides medication-related continuing education to care team.
Minimum Education Required
Doctorate (Academic) or equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Qualifications
Doctor of Pharmacy degree (PharmD) or equivalent combination of education and experiences by residency start date; registered pharmacist or eligible for licensure in the State of Ohio by residency start date.
