What are the responsibilities and job description for the Communications Coordinator position at The Ohio State University?
Reporting to the Director of Executive Communications, the Communications Coordinator is responsible for processing the President’s written correspondence, updating the President’s website, and assisting in gathering content for the President’s written and verbal communications.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Two (2) years of relevant work experience. Demonstrated ability to write clean, concise, timely correspondence in a business/executive style. Strong proofreading skills. Experience working with HTML, Adobe Creative Suite and knowledge of and willingness to learn new content management systems.
