The CRM and Data Analytics Manager for Strategic Enrollment Management manages and analyzes marketing data, providing actionable insights that inform our communications and recruitment efforts.
This position provide insights that support the university’s strategic enrollment goals. Responsibilities include overseeing the accuracy of recruitment data by monitoring intake, regularly auditing and cleaning enrollment data and working with the university’s CRM team to configure new fields that support strategic enrollment management efforts. This position understands and helps define our target audiences.
The CRM and Data Analytics Manager develops and maintains dashboards and reports that are accessible, user-friendly and tailored to different audiences; monitors and evaluates marketing analytics and provides actionable insights to improve performance. This role synthesizes marketing data from various platforms, including Salesforce CRM and Google Analytics, to optimize marketing performance that enhances student outreach and drives enrollment.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum 4 years of related experience with Salesforce CRM; strong proficiency with Salesforce CRM and other data analysis tools and software.
Demonstrated experience in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software; strong understanding of CRM data structures and proven experience in data management; direct experience in Salesforce, web and digital marketing analytics; demonstrated ability to track audiences through the marketing funnel/consumer journey; ability to build reports and dashboards and educate users on their use; ability to work in a cross-functional, university team to configure CRM to meet enrollment business needs; Strong interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-faced environment; Strong communication and presentation skills; Ability to think critically and possess a strong attention to detail. Exceptional time management skills, including the ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects and priorities simultaneously and adjust for projects on short deadlines.
Desired Qualifications:
Advanced degree in relevant field may be desirable.
Experience in higher education, specifically marketing and communications or enrollment management. 4-8 years of relevant experience preferred.
The pay range for this job profile is $74,900 - $98,500. The offer for this position will fall within this range based on internal equity, unit's available budget, and the candidate's qualifications.
