Job description:
Create and maintain a beautiful, clean, well-maintained grounds/facilities. This includes but not limited to;
- Daily opening and locking of all doors including but not limited to; pool area, pavilion, storage, and gates.
- Litter pickup daily.
- Clean/maintain dog stations and dog park(s).
- Maintain clean sites upon check out, prepare sites for check in, escort new arrivals.
- Water trees, spray/pull weeds, blow debris, raking gravel.
- Maintain all outdoor and indoor amenities.
- Maintain appliances.
- Maintain/clean performance stage(s)
- Maintain and clean outdoor trash cans.
- Maintain/clean pavilion, outdoor tables, fire pits, and umbrellas.
- Organize/maintain and clean all grounds and maintenance tools and equipment.
- Maintain Pool and Hot Tub with Certification
- Propane Distribution with Certification
- Weather preparations for all buildings, RV sites, cabins, etc.
- Repairs as needed.
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly checklists and turn into property manager.
- Repairs as needed.
- Schedule and deploy maintenance and groundskeeping staff
- Attend monthly staff meeting.
- Report to Ownership and office/property manager
Experience:
- 5 years experience in RV park maintenance and groundskeeping
- The ability to lead a team, hold self and other accountable to goals and responsibilities
- A heart for service and a mind for business
- Military experience a plus

- Basic Plumbing, electrical, mechanical
- Equipment Operation and Safety

Hours:
Monday and Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm
Tuesday – Thursday 7:00am – 3:00pm and 8:45pm – 9:15pm
Nights – On call
Saturday and Sunday – On call
Compensation:
- Monthly site fee (including water/sewer)
- Up to 500kwh electric per month. You are responsible for all electric charges above 500kwh
- High Speed Internet
- 20% discount on cabins. Up to two (2) times per month. Up to two (2) weeks per month.
- 20% discount at Camp Store
- Rate range: $15-$18 per hour (After 90 Day Trial Period)
