As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a warm and inviting experience from the moment they walk through our doors. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests promptly and courteously as they enter the restaurant.
• Manage reservations, and ensure efficient seating arrangements while maintaining a smooth flow of guests.
• Escort guests to their tables, offering menus, and ensuring they are comfortable.
• Provide information on wait times and offer solutions during peak hours to manage guest expectations.
• Answer phone calls and assist with reservations, inquiries, and special requests.
• Maintain an organized and clean front-of-house area, including the host stand and entryway.
• Collaborate with servers and management to ensure the best possible dining experience.
• Uphold the restaurant’s high standards of service, professionalism, and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with special events and private dining coordination as needed.
• Manage guest feedback and ensure any concerns are addressed quickly and professionally.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle high-volume situations effectively.
• Well-groomed, professional appearance, with attention to detail in attire and personal presentation.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
