Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests, managing reservations, and ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive. This role is crucial in maintaining guest relations and enhancing the overall dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor and assist them with seating arrangements.
• Manage reservations and maintain an accurate waitlist during busy periods.
• Utilize Aloha POS system for efficient table management and guest tracking.
• Answer phone calls promptly, providing excellent phone etiquette while assisting guests with inquiries or reservations.
• Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
• Address guest concerns or requests promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host area.
• Provide information about menu items, specials, and restaurant policies to guests as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and services.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to help others.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Pay: $7.25 - $12.60 per hour
