Server/Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the dining experience for our guests, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, providing menus and information about specials.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using OpenTable or other ordering systems.
• Provide recommendations on food and drink pairings based on guest preferences.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our fine dining standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Process payments accurately, handling cash and credit transactions with basic math skills.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food preparation.
• Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure guest health and safety.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Server in a fine dining or nightclub setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Familiarity with culinary terminology and food handling practices is advantageous.
• Basic math skills for accurate order processing and payment handling are essential.
• A passion for hospitality and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is crucial for success in this role.
