2024 has been a wild ride so far, and here is your opportunity to close out the year strong. To Oldfather Group it doesn’t matter if you’ve been licensed for 30 days or 30 years, if you want to get into production and be given the leads/training on how to do it…you’ve come to the right place. Agents who join our team are again and again opening 2-3 escrows a month, within their first 60 days on the team…all thanks to the leads that we are able to provide.
In 2023 Oldfather Group closed out the year with 350 transactions - adding up to over $90m in total volume - the silver lining here for every single agent is that over half that came directly from our lead sources such as Zillow, OpCity, Homelight etc.
Our Expectations From You:
Represent Sellers/Buyers transacting residential real estate.
Write purchase agreements/listing agreements for your clients.
Perform property evaluations to determine property value for sellers.
Stay attentive and available for all your clients consistently.
Update all systems CRM’s with channel partners.
Your Expectations From Us:
10-15 live tour requests per month - Imagine a world where a consumer requests a showing online, then is transferred directly to your cell phone LIVE.
A compensation plan that makes achieving 6 figures totally doable.
No desk or junk fees - we run a lean and mean operation.
Continued team lead/broker support - no man/woman left behind!
We have inhouse transaction coordinators lenders to make sure you have all the tools to do your job!
