What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Laborer position at The Omaha Tribe of Nebraska?
SUMMARY: Provide extra support in Facilities projects to the C.T.C.H.E.C. buildings which includes all associated C.T.C.H.E.C. buildings (Wellness, Prevention, Walthill Dialysis, Provider homes). (All assigned community events are included)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and/or RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Projects will include extra support with lawn care of all buildings.
- Operate and maintain equipment such as mowers, trimmers and leaf blowers.
- Comply with safety protocols and regulations.
- Collaborate with a team to carry out tasks efficiently.
- Operate light and heavy equipment, automotive equipment, power tools and hand tools.
- Maintenance garage reorganization of supplies and equipment.
- Responsible for changing all outside trash cans around buildings.
- Projects will require painting, carpentry, and varnishing.
- Daily duties will include work orders from facilities.
- Maintain clean and safe job site at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or GED
- Some experience preferred
- Small lawn machine and equipment experience.
