What are the responsibilities and job description for the Preservation Clerk position at The Omaha Tribe of Nebraska?
Preservation Clerk shall be responsible for filing and scanning all the information in the Tribal member's file. The use of Progeny Data System will be used daily. Shredding of duplicate information shall be done with the approval of the Enrollment Director. Perfuming a variety of office and Clerical assignments, including confidential membership files.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and/or RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Maintain the filing system, removing deceased and relinquished files from the active status filing cabinets.
- Assist in handling administrative issues for the program director which may include filing and shredding.
- Performs other duties assigned.
