Position Title: Community Clinical Coordinator (T3)

As the Community Clinical Coordinator, you would provide direct services to clients and their families as well as serving as a significant support to the FITT Director. The Family Intervention Treatment Team (FITT) is an intensive, 90-day program, for youth who are at risk of out-of-home placement (e.g., hospitalization, foster care disruptions/support, residential, detention).

- Ability to be a team member and thought leader.
- Masters Degree required. Licensure at the LMSW, LPC, or other comparable level and on a full independent licensure track under the regular supervision of a licensed practitioner as required by the licensure boards to bill for mental health services to those in their state.
- Certification or company approved training in proper crisis prevention/de-escalation initiatives and universal precautions required.
- If required, TB (PPD) test, completed within 30 days of hire date.
- Valid Drivers License
- Proof of Automobile Insurance and Reliable Transportation
