">Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care in inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with oncologists and other healthcare professionals.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical exams, medical histories, and diagnostic tests.
- Manage symptoms and side effects of cancer treatments, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment options, and ongoing care.
- Participate in clinical rounds and contribute to care planning.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Qualifications:
- Current and unrestricted NP or PA license in California.
- Board certification as an NP (ANCC, AANP, or equivalent) or PA (NCCPA).
- Minimum 2 years of oncology or hospitalist experience preferred.
- BLS and ACLS certification are required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual Chinese Mandarin is preferred but not required.
