The Medical Assistant Supervisor will act as a leader for day-to-day supervision and guidance for the team of Medical Assistants. In addition to the basic front and back office duties, the Medical Assistant Supervisor will also:
- Monitor Medical Assistant productivity
- Provide training to staff and new hires
- Audit charting
- Assist Clinic Manager with creating protocols
- Participate in mandatory staff meetings as needed.
- Assist with inventory organization and stocking of exam rooms and labs.
- Promote TOI's culture of exceptional behavioral standards for customer service.
- Maintain and protect confidentiality and security of all organizational information gained in the course of performing job responsibilities including but not limited to, financial and client information.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school graduate or GED
- Medical Assistant Certificate
- Supervisor experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
