RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR POSITION SUMMARY :
A Restaurant Supervisor with The ONE Group is responsible for providing support to all staff and supervising the restaurant operations in the absence of and in addition to the Management Team.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Opening and closing restaurant procedures.
- Opening and closing cash outs.
- Ensure Guest satisfaction.
- Assist with seat assignments and maintaining flow of service.
- Ensure side work is complete and the restaurant is up to company standards prior to the start of service.
- Assist with taking guest orders and expediting in the kitchen when necessary.
- Address customer concerns and escalates them to management if necessary.
- Assist with maintaining appropriate staffing levels throughout the duration of service.
