This position comes with anexperience based salary starting at $75k

Operations Management
Manage, lead and mentor Managers and StaffEnsure service is maintained at theutmost of quality levels through proper execution of the sequence of serviceMaintain overallvision – Business and marketing objectivesDevelop risk management and mitigationstrategiesRepresentTOG in investigating, answering, and settling grievancesMaintain all corporate mandatesUpdate and track daily reportsStaffing and Team Development

Monitoractivities and expensesSet and monitor sales forecasts and profitability reportsKeep Director of Operations informed of sales and key issuesIncreasingsales through marketing, networking, and incentives for staff to raise guestcheck average.Maintainsbudgeted revenues, cost of sales (COS), labor, supplies and operating cash flow(OCF). Reviews monthly profit and loss statement and acts on all variances.QUALIFICATIONS / PRIMARYJOB REQUIREMENTS
