What You'll Do as an Onsite Manager

• Oversee staffing operations and ensure client satisfaction.
• Manage teammate scheduling, attendance, payroll, and shift coordination.
• Recruit and onboard candidates while maintaining compliance and documentation.
• Lead, coach, and support a team, fostering a culture of growth and development.
• Spend time on the production floor monitoring performance, safety, and driving teammate engagement.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to meet KPIs and improve processes.

The Preferred Candidate Might

• Have 1–2 years of leadership experience, preferably in staffing, HR, or customer service.
• Be skilled in multitasking and staying organized in fast-paced environments.
• Have a solid understanding of employment laws (e.g., ADA, EEO, FMLA).
• Be proficient in tools like Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite.
