Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Accounting department.
As an ideal candidate, you will possess a strong attention to detail and a passion to learn.
Responsibilities:
• Review and process invoices for documentation and approval prior to payment
• Responsible for coding, entering and posting all vendor invoices
• Answer and respond to all vendor inquiries, as necessary
• Assist with mailing accounts payable checks and filing invoices
Qualifications:
• Must possess a minimum of an Associate's degree in an accounting field
• At least 2-3 years of experience in Accounting and Accounts Payable is required
• Ability to work with limited supervision, multi-task, and meet strict deadlines
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)
• Must possess a high attention to detail
