What are the responsibilities and job description for the Host/Food Runner position at The Open Flame Steakhouse?
Helping guests with reservations and guiding them to their table. Giving guests accurate wait time estimates and seating them in the waiting area. Providing customers with menus and answering any initial questions they may have. Optimizing seating at different tables to ensure even workload for wait staff.
Bring meals from the kitchen to the dining room, making sure to deliver them to the right tables. Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure food orders are being delivered as quickly as possible. Communicate with customers to explain meals and provide exceptional customer service.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour
