Job Summary
The Opulent Restaurant & Lounge is seeking skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The Opulent is Delaware's new upscale social hub and we are looking for motivated and experienced team members to join us.
As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious beverages for our guests. If you have a passion for mixology and enjoy creating memorable experiences for customers, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Greeting customers at the bar, setting the mood as they wait for a table or just grab some drinks
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders and process payments using a cash register
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Keeping track of bar inventory
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences
- Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a prompt and courteous manner
Qualifications
- Bartending experience and/or certification
- Restaurant experience
- TIPS certified
