POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced Practice Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our busy oral surgery and dental implant center. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in medical/dental office management, and the ability to ensure the practice runs efficiently while providing exceptional patient care.
RESPONSIBILITIES
This individual will be responsible for managing the operational, financial, and staffing aspects of the practice, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and supporting the growth and development of the practice.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience
- Proven experience in dental practice management, ideally with experience in an oral surgery setting
- Strong understanding of medical billing and coding, insurance verification, and reimbursement procedures
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems and practice management software
Skills
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, patient privacy laws, and compliance standards
- Financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and cost-control measures
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Must have excellent accounting skills on QuickBooks or equivalent accounting software
