Your Role in This Journey
As our Preschool Director & Head Teacher, you will:
- Champion the growth and development of children through engaging and enriching educational experiences.
- Lead and mentor a team of passionate educators, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and uphold the highest standards of safety and care.
- Build strong relationships with families, guiding them in their child’s early learning journey.
- Innovate and refine curriculum strategies to inspire a love of learning in every child.
- Oversee daily operations, from staff scheduling to resource management, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive school culture where everyone—students, teachers, and parents—feels valued and empowered.
Your Powers & Qualifications
- Leadership & Vision: Inspire and guide your team with confidence, empathy, and expertise.
- Early Childhood Expertise: Deep knowledge of child development, educational strategies, and best practices.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to oversee budgeting, resource management, and operational efficiency.
- Strong Communicator: Build trust and collaboration with teachers, parents, and the broader community.
- Creative Problem-Solver: Adapt and innovate to meet the needs of students, staff, and families.
Education & Experience:
- Master’s Degree in a child-related field or business, OR
- Bachelor’s Degree with at least one year of managerial or supervisory experience
- Preferred: Coursework in Early Childhood Education, Education, Psychology, Health Care, Nursing, or related fields.
