**Responsibilities:*** Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming* Provide emotional support and companionship to residents* Maintain accurate records of resident care and medication administration* Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and communication* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
**Requirements:**
* Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing with the State of Michigan or completion of a state-approved nursing assistant training program within 120 days of employment* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment* Physical ability to lift and transfer residents as needed* Compassionate and empathetic approach to resident care
