What You’ll Do

As Our Staff Development Coordinator, You’ll Be the Go-to Person for All Things Learning and Growth. You'll:

• Plan and Lead New Hire Orientations and Ongoing In-services Across All Departments

• Collaborate with Department Heads to Identify and Address Training Needs

• Create Lesson Plans, Deliver Engaging Training Using Adult Learning Principles

• Monitor and Support Employees During Their Probationary Period

• Keep Compliance Tight—Tracking Education Hours and Competency Evaluations

• Infuse Our Workplace with a Culture of Excellence, Compassion, and Respect

Schedule & Setting

• Full-time, Salaried Position

• Monday–Friday, Daytime Hours

• On-site at Our Welcoming Armada Location

• No Weekends,

What You’ll Need

• Rn Preferred; Must Be a Currently Licensed Rn or Lpn in Michigan

• Cpr Train-the-trainer Certification Preferred

• 2 Years of Education/Training Experience, Ideally in Long-term Care

• Strong Communication, Organization, and Critical Thinking Skills

• Solid Understanding of Ltc Standards, Documentation, and Compliance

• A Collaborative Spirit—You’ll Work Across All Departments
