What You’ll Do
As Our Staff Development Coordinator, You’ll Be the Go-to Person for All Things Learning and Growth. You'll:
Plan and Lead New Hire Orientations and Ongoing In-services Across All Departments
Collaborate with Department Heads to Identify and Address Training Needs
Create Lesson Plans, Deliver Engaging Training Using Adult Learning Principles
Monitor and Support Employees During Their Probationary Period
Keep Compliance Tight—Tracking Education Hours and Competency Evaluations
Infuse Our Workplace with a Culture of Excellence, Compassion, and Respect
Schedule & Setting
Full-time, Salaried Position
Monday–Friday, Daytime Hours
On-site at Our Welcoming Armada Location
No Weekends,
What You’ll Need
Rn Preferred; Must Be a Currently Licensed Rn or Lpn in Michigan
Cpr Train-the-trainer Certification Preferred
2 Years of Education/Training Experience, Ideally in Long-term Care
Strong Communication, Organization, and Critical Thinking Skills
Solid Understanding of Ltc Standards, Documentation, and Compliance
A Collaborative Spirit—You’ll Work Across All Departments
