This dynamic and high-energy role combines scheduling, creativity, customer service, engaging resident during activities, events, outings and more. Along with administrative work, training, and volunteer management in a vibrant senior living community. Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook as well as able to learn new software systems they may be unfamiliar with.
Responsibilities include:
- Transportation Coordination: Schedule transportation runs, manage vehicle maintenance, train and supervise drivers, and handle emergency transportation coverage. Ensure resident transportation needs are met while maintaining safety and communication. Chauffer's License preferred.
- Resident Services Support: Assist with resident onboarding, create activity calendars, and help with tech support and Salon oversight and billing. Additionally, assist with event planning, department supplies shopping and procurement, and Gift Shop stock and ordering. The candidate must be adaptable, able to handle interruptions, and transition seamlessly between events as needed.
- Volunteer Management: Recruit, train, and oversee volunteers across departments. Coordinate schedules, track hours, and organize recognition events, including the Volunteer Appreciation Event and supporting our scholarship students.
