What are the responsibilities and job description for the Staffing Coordinator position at The Orchards at Roseville?
What you would be doing:
You will be working closely with the Administrator, Department Heads, and the facility's HR Director to create and manage staffing schedules and assures staffing levels are adjusted as needed to meet census and resident care needs, as well as provide some clerical and communication support for the HR department.
What your work schedule would be:
This position is a Monday - Friday position working 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week. Some rotation on with the manager on duty may be required as determined by the administrator.
The successful candidate:

Has a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.

Quickly grasps concepts and interrelatedness of budgets, overtime, and per patient day scheduling, and has the ingenuity to be flexible and manipulate schedules as needed.

Has strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate, motivate, and gain commitment from team members.

Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements

Working knowledge of personal computer and software applications used in job functions, (word processing, graphics, databases, spreadsheets, etc.)
- Ability to provide clerical support to the HR Director for various human resources and payroll tasks.

Tuition Reimbursement, Full time employees become eligible after one year of employment with a maximum reimbursement of up to $1,000 per year. Part time employees are eligible after two years of employment with a maximum reimbursement of up to $750 per year.
