Responsibilities
Provide high-quality care and assistance to residents in a compassionate and respectful manner.
Utilize premium skills such as assisted living, ADLs, and Alzheimer's care to meet residents' individual needs.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans are implemented effectively.
Maintain accurate documentation and records, including MDS assessments and adherence to HIPAA regulations.
Demonstrate proficiency in using EMR systems to track and monitor residents' health and progress.
Uphold standards of senior care and promote a safe and supportive environment for residents.
