Job Overview
We are looking for a kitchen prep / dish washer for the kitchen. Primary responsibilities will include:
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Prep ingredients (chop vegetables, portion sauces, etc.) as directed by the chef.
- Keep kitchen work areas clean and organized.
- Take out trash and assist with closing duties.
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.
- Support kitchen staff as needed.
Requirements:
- No experience required – we will train the right person!
- Able to work in a fast-paced, hot kitchen environment.
- Must be reliable and show up on time.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Good attitude and willingness to be a team player.
