Job Description
We are an established, family-owned construction company seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant for a permanent, seasonal position based in Plymouth, MN.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a customer-focused individual who excels in a fast-paced,
detail-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will communicate in a friendly
and professional manner while supporting our team with administrative
expertise.
Responsibilities:
· Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
· Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
· Update and manage customer information in our CRM system
· Prepare and edit documents, including emails, reports, and correspondence
· Schedule appointments, follow-up meetings, and manage calendars
· Perform data entry for customer records
· Assemble sales packets for estimators
· Provide support to sales staff
· Assist with project scheduling
· Submit permit applications to relevant authorities
· Communicate with customers regarding project updates or inquiries
· Support customer invoicing and enter vendor invoices
· Assist the Office Manager, Sales Staff, and Owners with additional administrative tasks as needed
Skills Needed:
· High school diploma required (college graduate or current student preferred)
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Exceptional customer service abilities
· Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Business Apps; experience with CRM software and QuickBooks Online preferred
· Familiarity with the construction industry is a plus, but not required
