We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and set appointments.
- Effectively communicate product features and benefits to prospective clients.
- Utilize CRM Software (ZOHO) to track sales activities and manage customer relationships.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Follow up on leads generated through telemarketing efforts and marketing campaigns.
Requirements
- Proven experience in inside sales preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is advantageous.
- Experience working with Lumber and Building Materials is a plus
