Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and efficient Dishwashers to join our Mongo Team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas. This position is essential for ensuring that all bowls, food trays, and prep food equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized, contributing to a smooth operation in our service environment.
Salary: Starting from $17/hour including tip.
Duties
- Wash and sanitize bowls and food trays using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area, ensuring all items are stored properly after cleaning.
- Assist with other food service operation tasks as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation.
- Maintain regular cleaning schedules for the restaurant equipment and areas.
Skills
- Experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations, including food preparation standard and safe food handling practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork ability.
