The Original Pancake House is adding to their restaurant management team! We are looking for guest-focused managers who want to grow their careers. Our ideal candidate will have a hands-on management style, adept with financials, and excels in a fast paced and often high-pressure environment to execute what is needed in exceeding our guest expectations.
Essential Duties:
- Manages all employees to maintain high employment quality standards including hiring, development, counseling, promotion, discipline and terminations, as appropriate.
- Enforces safety and sanitary practices and maintenance for front-of-the-house, and back-of-house.
- Sets excellent guest service and work examples.
- Oversee service and guarantee that all points of guest contact meet standards, knowledge and experience with high levels of service.
- Development of staff while holding them accountable for performance and maintaining standards.
- Inspect and oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of all restaurant space, public areas and service areas.
- Offer direct support for your team through coaching, counseling, gentle correction, and constructive feedback.
- Thorough understanding of all food and beverage items offered, including ingredients and methods of preparation.
