The Original Pancake House is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate manager to oversee the dining room operations of its Williamsville, NY location. This position will be responsible for ensuring a positive customer dining experience and managing the front of house staff. To be successful in the role, a candidate requires good management skills and a passion to deliver outstanding customer experience. 5 years in restaurant operations is required.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a high performing team of hosts, servers, and bussers
- Ensure a positive customer dining experience
- Develop and oversee effective processes within the dining room
- Develop and maintain the OPH Way
- Coordinate with the BoH Manager that ensure the delivery of a high-quality product and a positive work environment
- Monitor and Manage Labor Costs
Management Responsibilities:
- Provide training, coaching, and performance management to improve levels of performance
- Communicate decisions and policies in a way that establishes understanding and commitment
- Fully understand Company's policies and procedures. Act in accordance with all company policies and explain them to associates
- Create and maintain an environment of teamwork and associate engagement

Pay: $60,400.00 - $72,000.00 per year
