Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the front-of-house staff to ensure exceptional guest service
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
- Train and mentor servers on menu knowledge, upselling techniques, and guest interaction
- Oversee table setups, cleanliness, and overall dining ambiance
- Handle guest inquiries, comments, and concerns promptly and professionally
- Assist in bussing tables during peak hours to maintain smooth service flow
Experience
- Previous experience in a high-end restaurant or fine dining establishment
- Proficiency in food handling procedures and kitchen operations
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for guest services
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for order accuracy

Pay: $2.15 - $12.00 per hour
