Job Description
- Main marketing contact for the 9500 seat Orleans Arena.
- Assists the Arena Marketing Manager with all marketing materials, announcements, media buys for all arena and entertainment events.
- Provides Key Performance Indicator statistics, analysis and other strategic support for all levels of the arena
- Enhances internal customer service through the implementation of reporting and process improvements as well as promotion of service oriented approach within all functional responsibilities.
- Recommends appropriate strategies and business plans to meet performance requirements.
- Takes ownership of all assigned tasks, initiatives, inquiries, and escalations and makes sure that they are resolved and completed efficiently and with a superior level of quality.
- Works closely with media partners to help promote arena events.
- Works closely with all Arena departments to ensure successful partnerships
- Help create marketing tags, timelines and promotional flyers
- Performs general administrative office duties, including but not limited to : scheduling meetings, creating agendas, taking minutes, and creating forms and other documents.
- Performs other job related duties as requested.
