Job Description
The Manager Arena Events is responsible for all FOH operations pertaining to the Arena. The primary duties of this position include coordinating event calendars, managing all FOH areas, to include scheduling and managing on-call Ushers, 3rd party security screening vendors, department finances, etc. Other duties include assisting with event permits, CAD drawings, room diagrams. This position will manage one direct report (Supervisor Arena Events) Additionally, the position will develop and maintain relationships with industry professionals, governing agencies, communication mediums, convention and visitor authorities and the general public
- Manage all FOH areas for Arena.
- Manage and Schedule on-call staff to include Arena Ushers.
- Manage and Schedule 3rd party Security screening vendors
- Oversee departmental and event budgets relating to each event
- Assist with overall event management during event days
- Analyze events and provide recommendations to the Executive Director. • Establish, cultivate and maintain relationships with key industry professionals such as promoters, agents and managers for related events.

Qualifications
- Past live event experience a must.
- Minimum Three years comparable professional experience in a related field. Past supervisory experience preferred.
- CAD experience preferred, however not required.
- Superb interpersonal, leadership, oral and written communication, presentation, multi-tasking, organizational and team-building skills are essential.
