Title: Orpheum Theatre Group Front Desk Concierge

FLSA Status: Part Time; Non-Exempt
Starting Pay: $15.00 per hour

The Orpheum Theatre Group Front Desk Concierge is responsible for providing customer service to employees and visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately, monitoring security of buildings and telecommunication at front desks.
How You Will Contribute
· Greet and welcome visitors, answering or referring inquiries; maintain office security by screening visitors; secure assistance from the appropriate department for visitors.
· Answer multi-line telephone system; transfer calls to appropriate departments; take messages and respond to patron inquiries as required.
· Receive mail and assist mailing of materials for all departments as needed; accept and document deliveries and notify appropriate staff members or department of arranged pick-ups from UPS, FedEx, suppliers and vendors.
· Provide information to patrons/visitors regarding shows, events, etc. and assist during events as needed.
· Furnish and accept employment applications, sales brochures/information, etc. and forward them to the appropriate department.
· Ensure lights are turned off and building is secure at end of day as needed.
· Demonstrate strong customer service, problem-solving and communication skills.
· Contribute to the organization’s mission, vision, values, and equity initiatives.
· Perform additional duties as assigned.
How You Stand Out
- Related or equivalent experience in front desk/customer service required.
- Proficient in use of multi-line telephones and Microsoft Office.
- Able to provide prolonged focus, handle pressure well, and lift up to 25lbs as needed.
