Qualifications
- Experience in handling legal matters, including Motions, and Courts
- Strong Research skills
- Experience in managing Depositions
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in Nebraska and Iowa or eligible for reciprocity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
