- What You’ll Do as Our Clinical Educator :
- Key Responsibilities :
- Education & Training
- Develop and deliver training programs for Nursing, Assisted Living, and Home Care teams.
- Infection Control
- Oversee our Infection Control Program and ensure compliance with CMS and NYS Department of Health regulations.
- Compliance & Quality
- Support regulatory readiness, monitor performance, and advise management on compliance.
- What We’re Looking For :
- NYS RN License
- with a BSN (Master’s preferred).
- At least
- 3 years of experience
- in healthcare, with knowledge of quality improvement and compliance.
- Expertise
- in current healthcare trends and regulations, particularly in Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, or Home Care.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- A passion for serving older adults and ensuring they receive the best care possible.
