What You’ll Do as Our Clinical Educator:
In this pivotal role, you'll ensure our clinical teams are equipped to provide the highest standard of care while driving regulatory compliance across all levels of service. As a leader in clinical education, you’ll design and implement training programs, foster continuous improvement, and develop new initiatives to support our mission of excellence. You’ll work closely with Department Heads to shape the strategic growth of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Education & Training: Develop and deliver training programs for Nursing, Assisted Living, and Home Care teams.
- Infection Control: Oversee our Infection Control Program and ensure compliance with CMS and NYS Department of Health regulations.
- Compliance & Quality: Support regulatory readiness, monitor performance, and advise management on compliance.
What We’re Looking For:
- NYS RN License, with a BSN (Master’s preferred).
- At least 3 years of experience in healthcare, with knowledge of quality improvement and compliance.
- Expertise in current healthcare trends and regulations, particularly in Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, or Home Care.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- A passion for serving older adults and ensuring they receive the best care possible.
