What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapist position at The Osborn?
The Physical Therapist is responsible under the direction of the department head, for evaluating, developing treatment programs and treatment of patients. Performs Physical Therapy procedures to restore function, prevent disability and maximize the potential and quality of life following illness, disease, injury, surgery or disuse.
As a representative of the Rehabilitation department, and of the organization, it is required that the Physical Therapist perform the essential functions of the job in a professional manner, with a positive attitude and is aware and supportive of the mission, vision, resident Bill of Rights, policies and procedures of the organization.
