What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapy Aide position at The Osborn?
The Rehabilitation Aide (Rehab Aide) is responsible for assisting the therapy staff as directed in readying residents for treatment, carries out duties as assigned by the Director of Rehab to enhance resident care. This includes transporting residents/clients, prepping residents with proper draping, assisting with exercise and ambulation program and setting up and cleaning up area. The Rehab Aide is also responsible for clerical duties such as scheduling appointments. Must have a current NYS CNA Certificate, knowledge of basic nursing care techniques, and good communication skills. Prior experience working with older adults preferred.
Rate: $20.08 per hour
