The Osborne Company is looking to hire a skilled Estimator with commercial construction cost estimating experience. The Osborne Company is a Topeka, KS based general contracting firm operating in more than 30 states. Founded in 1976, our firm serves our clients in three primary divisions of work; design-build in commercial construction, facility maintenance, and electric vehicle charging infrastructure installation. We are seeking an experienced commercial construction Estimator to fulfill the promises to our customers by implementing systems and processes to aggressively bid, negotiate and win commercial construction projects.

THIS IS FOR YOU IF YOU ARE :
IN THIS ROLE :
As a commercial construction estimator, you will play a crucial role in our project planning and development process. Your expertise in cost estimation and analysis will be essential in ensuring accurate and competitive bids for commercial construction projects. You will collaborate closely with our project management teams to prepare detailed project estimates, budgets and proposals. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of construction methodologies, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
