DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
- Perform general construction tasks, including site preparation, demolition, and cleanup.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (i.e. carpenters) in various tasks.
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Load, unload, and transport materials and tools to and from job sites.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Take direction from the foreman or supervisor and complete tasks promptly.
- Contribute to the teams success by being reliable and willing to learn.
- Previous construction or labor experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Familiarity with basic tools and construction methods is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with the team.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Complete and pass pre-employment drug testing, background check, and physical capacity profile
